I am happy with your service, packaging and the product. Although, the shipping through UPS turned out to be a nightmare. They tried to bill me 100$ customs brokerage fee ON TOP of the customs fees. 100$! I checked the internet for solutions and found out that A) NEVER do business with UPS and B) i could avoid being ripped off by asking to self-check my package with border services, which required an annoying process both with UPS and border services. I went through the whole process only to recieve a letter from UPS asking me to pay the 133$ even though i paid customs myself.
A very quick searched taught me to never use UPS, so i was curious as to why you choose to do business with them and end up dealing with frustrated customers. In the end, you did everything right on your part, but it all gets ruined by the carrier.
